It's been a long long time since my last post back in 2016. It's my very first post in 2017, my very first post as a wife (lol yes I am married, ha!). I still can'tbelieve I am what I am now, thank Allah for your infinite blessings ♥

Many of my friends are currently becoming traveling enthusiasts. It's more like a lifestyle. As most of them have already made their own money, so it's not a problem with the budget (furthermore, when you are still single, you are freeeeee). Indeed, it's always nice to visit someplace where you can refresh your mind, and soul, forget any distraction in life. Life is too short to think only about work and work.
I am not a traveler
but I love exploring.
It's not that I don't like traveling. It is just not my monthly/annual routine. I do travel when I get the opportunity. I am happy to visit new places, meet new people, know new cultures. I'm sure everybody does. Since I have a huge interest in exploring new things, I love to read articles related to traveling, like this one from BBC or this one from The New York Times. ALSO, my most favorite travel blog is worldofwanderlust.com from an Australian travel blogger and vlogger, Brooke Saward. You'd better check them out.
So, what I am to write here is a place called Cotswold. I found it in an article about places-to-go in England. I 'm in love from the first sight (I mean photos). All I thought was fairy tales! I'm in love with its greeny scenery, the houses, the roads, the grass, e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. You know like finding your natural habitat, finding home. I think Cotswold is one the most beautiful places in the world.
I've always imagined living in a green country side, have my own plantation, and ponies!! What a wonderful life that would be. And Cotswold suits it best.
I will show you some beautiful photos of Cotswold that I took from various sources.
Located in South England, Cotswold is an area containing hills, Cotswold Hills, lies across six counties: mainly Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire, and parts of Wiltshire, Somerset, Worcestershire, and Warwickshire. As you can see the pictures above, Cotswold is such a lovely place with incredible views to spend your precious holiday with families, friends, or partner. It's just cute and magical at the same time. What does make Cotswold a very special destination to visit? So here is the history.
In the 12th century, Cotswold was famous for its wool. The Cotswold area is a perfect home for sheep. People started to raise sheep in a huge scale and took the wool. Therefore, Cotswold was well-known as source of some of the best wool. At that time, wool is the number one commodity in England. However, as the new materials were introduced and imported from foreign countries, there was the time when England felt threatened and tried to find a way. You may want to read The Burial in Woollen Acts to know more about this kinda creepy acts.

The next special thing about Cotswold is the stone. Almost all of houses and buildings were built using the same stones. The Cotswolds are very rich in Oolitic Limestone. Nobody could deny its oldies yet cute color. Anyway, all the buildings look like castles! (Or are they really castles?) I wonder if I live in there, wearing beautiful dress everyday like a princess.
I guess it would be wonderful to walking around Cotswold because the view is amazing. Its peaceful-view makes me want to live there for the rest of my life. (Oh I'm such an old soul)
